Although some people think calories are important, I prefer to consider small portions. Think small and eat smaller portions. You will burn more calories if you eat 6 small meals.

Exercise comes next. If you are able to handle long workouts and remain consistent, it is a great way to lose weight. Weight loss can be achieved in simpler ways.
