Defeating the Pandemic While Reducing the Ageing Process Simultaneously

Many people are concerned about the current pandemic. They also want to stop the aging process and have radiant, glowing health.

The solution is readily available — and has been for many centuries — yet it’s being suppressed deliberately by those with vested interest. Their approach, which goes from the outside in, rather than Nature’s inside out, to dealing with such issues.

Even more astonishing is the fact that this miracle has been available for free in ancient texts since countless generations. For example, the Bhagavad Gita (5000 years old) says: “Be without three gunas”, ch 2, vs. 45 (more later).

Here we are, staring back at us, the key to a life of health and happiness, free from disease, with abundant love.

Unfortunately, reading the life-changing scriptures alone isn’t enough. To experience this Potent Elixir in its pure form, intended by ancient sages, requires personal participation.

Please bear with us as we reveal the secret to achieving miraculous health in any age.

We need to put in context the common element of both Scriptures: contact.

For example, turning off loud music will leave you in silence. Switching off stressful thoughts, or compulsive “thinking about” would make us quiet in our minds.

What’s the Difference?

There are actually two different silences that exist simultaneously, but aren’t the same. The first is “absolute, pure, transcendental” silence, and the second is “relative, relative silence”, experienced by the absences of external sounds. One silence can be described as the absence of inner sound, while the other is the absence of outside noise.

Pure transcendental quiet is the absence (or complete absence) of all interior sound. Both scenarios require something to be missing for the’silence experience’.

Hence, tuning in to either “the still small sound” or transcending the Gita Gunas are both ways of gaining contact with pure, transcendental silence.

How can we distinguish between the different silences?

What is the difference between the mental chattering and the silence that surrounds it when you are in a quiet room? What can we do to tell if we are not hearing a quieter version of the lower-ego’s chattering and mistaking that silence for a still, small voice (transcendent).

In the initial stage of spiritually sleeping, the mind lacks the capacity to understand and relate to the still small voice as a way to experience transcendence. Spirituality at this point can only be intellectual.

Before spiritual awakening occurs, external life experiences, such as relative sounds, serve to remind us that we need soul evolution in order to move from the ‘noise-born’ state of ignorance. The need for lived outside noise lessons is necessary until we finally accept that we must gain pure inner silence to know our true inheritance or perfection of consciousness.

We are all designed to undergo a similar metamorphosis, resulting in a state of blissful consciousness and knowing the transcendent.

Let’s look at how the brain works to help us determine whether it is ego-chattering or a still, small voice.

Intellect versus Mind

The conscious mind is first, which is responsible for ‘thinking’. Next, comes the human intellect: the faculty that decides, based on the thoughts or ideas of the conscious mind.

Spiritual ignorance is the lower self or carnality phase, where the mind thinks back to past or inherited experiences and conditioning. The human intellect then decides based on this churned-up conditioning.

The intellect is not yet able to discern spiritually due to its shallow thinking.

Before practicing a form of meditation that focuses on the mind, mental chatter is simply ego-based history. This is what prevents cognitive awareness and direct experience of the small, transcendent voice.

Resolute Intellect of irresolute

When our practice of meditation has progressed, the transcendent or spiritual intellect starts to form, mature, and eventually takes control over our decisions, as irresolute intelligence becomes Resolute Intellect.

The lower self personality, which is transforming into the experiential higher Self, is being integrated. This allows the expansion of the love chakra in the heart where the revelations of the divine originate.

The transformation of irresolute intelligence allows Resolute intellect, the voice of stillness and transcendence in all situations to be heard through the heart chakra in meditation or not.

The Authentic Voice is the result of the union of the heart chakra and the spiritual intellect after soul awakening. It’s the voice of the soul that speaks according to cosmic standards, as opposed the the false ego, which operated by law of spiritual ignorance.

Mind Expansion & Integration

To know the Transcendent, the mind must expand past relative silence. This is the only way to discipline the mind from wandering into useless, energy-sapping thought.

Meditation brings thoughts to the surface for integration. They are imprints from our recent past. Integration ensures such imprints do not root and form future thought baggage seeds. Integration is the way conscious mind capacity expands. This integratory phase is when lower self dialogues are most likely to come through. However, these words do not originate from the transcendent, still voice.

Without integration, the mind will continue to accumulate unproductive thought-baggage. Integratory silence is a dynamic that expands the capacity of consciousness, but also releases us from addictions such as greed, power and money, and an obsession with controlling people and material wealth.

As consciousness grows, we will express ourselves with compassion, youth, and creative insight.

Mind Silence Acclimatization

When the conscious mind or nervous system is not accustomed to pure silence and bliss, what comes out in the forefront are egoistic thoughts, muddled feelings, and stale happiness, which pollute the essential channel for knowing God. As the nervous system and mind become naturally still, they transcend this world of opposites, such as good-bad or love-hate.

After meditation, your inner faculties will gradually become so pure that they can reflect the divine presence. Transmissions of love from the heart chakra manifest as a calm, compassionate, saturated state.

After meditation, the conscious mind’s ability to discern and intuit cosmically is apparent. Engaging eternal vibration as joyful silence is natural when engaging the eternal vibration.

This is because the kundalini, which rises up from the spinal base through contact with pure silence, causes the heart chakra to awaken and experience bliss.

In addition to triggering kundalini it also activates the inner 12 spiritual faculties of the soul, referred to esoterically as the “12 apostles”, which develops personal and global awareness. Transcendental silence is the only criteria for determining a ‘right’ action. In this way, our actions benefit the cosmos as well as other people.

All-Knowingness

The All-Knowing Consciousness is the Real Self. It can be realized as the all-pervasive Still Voice, which appears as a calm and silent silence that separates the chaotic outer world.

By referring to the’small voice’, we mean the inner-soul’s unwavering love, which is not a part of the lower self.

So the axiom: “We cannot express that which we do not possess in our consciousness”. We cannot, therefore, express love unconditionally without it being present in our hearts.

The secret to abundant happiness

A great verse states that: “To those who have, they will receive more, and to the ones with less, they shall lose even their own.” This may seem unfair at first glance. On deeper reflection, this highlights a cosmic rule: by expressing our current level of happiness and health, we will receive even more, and whoever does not express his/her present level, they lose it. Since health, happiness, and ageing all go hand in hand, a wise person will express unconditional love, heartfelt peace, and pure joy at any opportunity, either to others or within ourselves, as a way of building up COVID immunity.

Use it or lose.

In order to maintain vibrant health and a youthful mind, we must always express love, gratitude and peace in all situations. Our consciousness will eventually become the still, transcendent voice. It will also be love, health, and happiness. Our every action will be performed by Immutable Being You as God Consciousness. This is to illustrate how our actions are in fact deemed as ‘right’, or action that adheres to Divine Law.

The Great Transmutation

Meditation is the convergence of the five senses and the conscious mind into a point-of-awareness – the small, still voice. With regular daily practice the mind starts to retain this pure-point-silence. This convergence results in permanent bliss consciousness, the nectar of all mediation.

Even though you may hear yourself speaking, the meditation is not about listening to your voice. It’s more about integrating your carnal and mental mind.

Pure silence is the key to achieving that inner peace, happiness and healing we all seek.

Meditation involves establishing both transcendental and intellectual steadiness at the same time, as spontaneous Silence becomes a permanent present-moment consciousness.

Please consider the following method of achieving pure silence.

Sit down and quietly recite Aum, or Om. Continue the Aum vibrating for 5/6 second, and then pause 5/6 sec after every recital. This pause-recite sequence should be repeated for ten minutes, increasing to 20 minutes after a couple of days. Then repeat it twice daily. The daily meditation technique is “bewithout the three gunas”, which means to transcend nature’s laws, Sattva Rajas, and Tamas.

The great transformation from the lower-ego voice to pure Transcendent silence happens gradually and as an everyday occurrence. Ageless and disease-free awareness is felt as being separate from the outer world or as Heaven.
